I am currently sponsoring my parents to get out here. You have to be
PR for 2 years and then you can apply. one or both can be AOS as long as they reach the financial criteria. IF daughter in law sponsors u (becomes your AOS) then there is a time limit I believe before she can sponsor anyone of her family to come out.
