We'd be interested to hear peoples comments on this area too. We've been looking at Warnbro, Waikiki, Safety Bay - the house prices seem very reasonable, but I'd love to know why!! Everything I've read about these area seems to be positive, but the cynic in me asks 'what's the catch??'

www.movetoperth.com - we've found them quite useful, but what we'd really like to know are peoples personal opinions on the area.
Hopefully a 'local' will reply with lots of useful info...
