My husband has never been to Oz but would happily put the house up for sale today and move tommorrow. I am not so sure. I am Australian born when my parents emigrated in 1964 and came back in 1978. It's funny you should write this as this is what I have been saying to my husband. His parents emigrated and then came back to the uk when he was about 8 and ever since then he has been itching to get back but it's not going to be the same it's bound to be different.
I on the other hand am not like your hubby and it has taken me a long time to come round to the idea, only really changing since I have had the children and that is when I thought I could give it a go. We have come to the conclusion that if we don't do it now we will never know and we don't want to be looking back in 10 years time thinking, well it's too late now to try.
