Selling up

It’s a big step to sell your home especially if you have been there a long time.

When we move we are planning on keeping our house in England for a year or so. My Sister who is single and a teacher lives with us and she is staying here. Our house is in a rural area so she’s a bit spooked about being here alone in a big old house, but no doubt she’ll have friends around all the time. Luckily we should have no problem selling when the time comes, because there are farmers in our area who are after the land, so fingers crossed it should sell OK. In one way we are helping my sister out but it does give us a sort of life belt in case we did decide to come back. Who knows little Sister may even buy it off us if she can find her cheque book and pen, which would be a big shock to her big fat bank account. (God she’s tight with the money)
