Thanks for replying! It's so hard to decide where to land when we've never travelled to Australia! The one thing that puts me off Perth is the distance between places. People have said you can feel a bit cut off. (not sure if that's true or not). I'm thinking that within NSW when travelling from place to place it will be more built up as it is here in UK. A bit more comforting when travelling around a new area maybe? We are trying to be completely realistic with how difficult things will be when we get there and not get swept along in a 'holiday' mindset!!
Do you mind me asking what stage of the process you are at?
