It's a real worry trying to find the right area isn't it?!!.... if and when we ever get our visa we are heading to Perth as well.

I spend hours on our pc looking at houses, suburb reports and schools trying to determine which area will be right for us... i want our move to be as stress free as possible for our boys... and so want to be able to rent in an area we want to buy in so they have as little disruption as possible with schooling etc.

We are hoping to do a rekki to validate and from that we hopfully will be able to get a feel for the place before we do the 'big' move.

Can't help you with any advice really as most people have already said what i would have said.... but good luck in whatever you decide.... and keep us posted as i am always looking for advice!!
