Hi, I am also applying for 137, but to Tasmania, however the questions are more or less the same. You can and should include proves of attempts to get a job in Canberra, by printing copies of emails to Career One, attempts to talk to people in Canberra, by this forum for instance. You should also look at more specific information about Canberra, don't just say " because of better lifestyle" cause all states offer that. Try to dig informations on Canberra by visiting their tourist website. What Canberra offers to you that other state doesn't? How affordable is housing and how much will you be earning, schools curriculum are different form state to state, have a look on that too, you might find something interesting to mention on your application!
