Too right you do and if you eat in the resturant it revolves giving stunning views, we had a meal there and it was great fun
(just gotta be careful where you put your handbag as put mine down and it ended up the other side of resturant as i stuck it on the revolving panel as the outside stays still and the internal bit revolves
