Hiya im far from a lawyer but,, seeing has you have to produce your uk licence for a swap to an aussie one ,i doubt youd get away with driving here whilst still banned in the uk.With the links the uk and oz have ,i would imagine (but havnt a clue) that you can drive in the uk on an Oz licence as you can drive here on a uk one for a limited time.If you have to sit the extended test to get your licence back you may be better looking into doing it here ,,try emailing queensland transport ,or which ever area your interested in ,,queensland is
