Just looked up my BMI its 33.9 need to lose 4 st.
But was quite pleased as at medical it was 35. I know its because I only weigh myself first thing with nowt on etc and obviously had clothes on at med and was 2 in the afternoon, but still I'm pleased.
Gotta go out now, be back bout 10.30
