Dogs should not be a problem as we have our own - we are going to Canberra and already have property to live in. We have toyd with the idea of actually puchasing prior to September to get the ball rolling - Christine, where are you looking to go?? We are hoping to be there in October all being well if the house sells, we are looking to live somewhere between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast as our daughter wants to go to Brisbane Uni to do a teaching degree. We originally wanted to live in the sunshine coast but the Uni up there doesnt do her course. We would rent anywhere North of Brisbane as a base till we decide which area to buy in.
