I am new to Oz, I live in Perth, I had to change my license b4 3 months of living here , it was just a transfer. It cost me just over 100 dollers for 5 years. No test, just the normal eyesight test, got my new license within a few days and you dont have to surrender your UK one. In Perth you can start learning to drive at the age of 16!
