l thought you had to sit the theory test bit too so thats excellent news if you can just transfer it. We aim to be in qld too.
Another question to add to this if no one minds, - does anyone know what its like to start learning from scratch in oz and at what age can you start? My son will be 17 in September and would like to have got his uk licence before we depart for oz (hopefully!) in Jan 08 however me thinks thats pushing it a bit given thats hes a dozy sod and the waiting list for a test in our area is massive
